When you have that vision that just won't leave you alone. That nagging vision that, no matter how many other things you try to divert your energy towards, just won't leave you at peace until it's the focal point of your life's work. When you've encountered and identified THAT vision (and all of its moving parts), congratulations, you've officially found your passion!
Now for a dose of reality. With your newfound passion will come passion-killing efforts (some malicious, others not) from those around you who can't see it, and probably never will. You will be tempted to forsake the vision for "better," "more lucrative" opportunities, but there is not a price that can be put on your passion. The riches that you will amass by working your passion - fulfillment, peace-of-mind, growth, wealth, adventures, experiences - there's no price tag that can be put on that.
Follow your passion(s). It's what you are called to do.
