No need for long talking with this one. Honestly assessing where you are on your journey to bringing your visions to fruition is not only a good idea, it's mandatory!
Take some time out and think about what is working and what is not...both with your business and with yourself as the vision implementer. You may not like everything that you discover through your assessment, but when all is said and done you will be better equipped to accomplish the next phase of the plan.
That being said, celebrate the positives that your assessment brings to light, again, both personal and professional. Embrace the things that are working, the things that make you uniquely equipped to carry out your visions, and evern more so, the things that make you irreplaceable.
